The minute you walk into this completely remodeled lake view and poolside condo you will be on your way to a great lake getaway! Our beautifully furnished 420 sq. ft. 1 bedroom walk-in level (from parking lot) condo is furnished with a Queen size bed, Queen size sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen including a standard 12 cup coffee maker and a Keurig, a 52″ flat screen TV plus Firestick with Disney Plus and Amazon Prime Video Access and a fireplace available for those cozy nights staying in. All bedroom and bathroom linens provided. Enjoy watching the sunset from your private deck with a patio set and electric grill. We offer an easy Check-In with a keyless front door access. Open parking is located directly in front of the building. We also supply starter rolls of toilet paper (2), a roll of paper towels, a makeup remover wipe, bath soap, dish soap, and a coffee starter with a condiment pack and 2 kitchen trash bags.

Onsite activities for the family include swimming in the lakeside pool and fishing off of the docks that are equipped with electricity and swim ladders. There is also a walking path along the water’s edge. If you decide to stay inside, you will have everything you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing.

If you have a boat, bring it! Boat slips are available for an extra fee per night depending on size and availability. If you don’t have a boat, Aqua Toys Rental is located right next door to the complex.

Some of the best cuisine in the Midwest can be savored right here at the Lake. Best of all, nearly half of the Lake area’s restaurants are located directly on the water or offer a fantastic view of it. Marvel at the panorama of a complete channel view, or dine beside a secluded, scenic cove, while you enjoy award-winning continental cuisine and superb wine, Ozarks-style barbecue or fresh-caught catfish. For dining as close to the water as possible, step onto a boat cruise, where you can enjoy dining while viewing the beautiful Lake. After a day of fun at the Lake of the Ozarks, enjoy a night out. Lake-style nightlife includes music galore, including comedy clubs, karaoke bars, live country, blues, jazz and rock-and-roll bands, all year round.

Minimum 3-night rentals on holiday weekends. Check-in is normally 3 pm but we will be happy to offer an early Check-in if possible. Check-out is 11:00 am and we just ask that you take out all trash (including all items in the fridge) and wash all dishes before you leave.
