Lynda Brown is an experienced ambassador for investment property owners in the Lake Area. She began in 1993 and now has over 30 years of Property Management and Real Estate experience. With her love for the lake area, Lynda began pursuing Real Estate at the lake in 2006. In 2012 she started her LLC, “Vacation Rentals in Lake of the Ozarks”. In 2017 she obtained her Missouri Broker’s License and opened her new LLC, Lake Ozarks Realty & Rentals, specializing in Real Estate and Nightly Rentals in the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks.
Lynda has served on the Executive Board for Lake of the Ozarks Vacation Rental Association, Southwood Shores Home Owner Association, and the LOVRA Public Relations Committee. She is a Past President of Lake of the Ozarks Rental Association. Lynda became a Certified Apartment Manager® (CAM) in 1997, Missouri Licensed Realtor in 2006, Missouri Broker in 2017 and Certified Resort & Second Home Specialist (RSPS) in 2022. She is currently serving on the RPAC and Public Relations Committees with the Bagnell Dam Association of Realtors.
Lynda’s greatest joys are spending time with her family, especially her 3 grand children. She enjoys taking them to our beautiful state parks, swimming pools, local water parks, shopping at Dogpatch and going to the Ice Cream Factory.

Stacy’s love for the Lake of the Ozarks area began early in life. She grew up boating and vacationing here from the age of 2, fostering a deep appreciation for its natural beauty and vibrant community.

Alongside her husband, Darin, who works in insurance, and their son, Tyson, currently attending Mizzou, Stacy has proudly called Lake of the Ozarks home for the past eight years. They have embraced the community and its stunning surroundings, making it their cherished residence.

Passionate about real estate, Stacy is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their dreams of buying or selling property in this beloved area. Leveraging her local knowledge and lifelong connection to the lake, she is committed to providing personalized service and ensuring her clients’ real estate experiences are both successful and enjoyable.
